Never Forget, just how good the boys really are

As an old school Take That fan I am enjoying them just as much if not more second time around - admittedly I don't still scream when they come on to the TV, but I still think they're brilliant.

Get on your bike and win a fab cycling prize

If you are a keen cyclist then you are going to really love this prize - it is a VIP trip to the Northern Rock Cyclone trip on the 24 - 26 June.

On the Friday night you'll watch top British riders battle it out on the tight Leazes Criteriums course before heading back to a luxury hotel for an overnight stay. 

You and your bikes will be taken the next day to the Northern Rock Cyclone Challenge start line for the 33, 63 or 104 mile ride on Saturday. Where you will be able to choose either of the longer options and you'll be riding parts of the same course as the pros.

On the Sunday because you have VIP passes you'll be taken to the best vantage points around the course and given free food and drink. After the finish you'll be able to get up close to the winners and have your photo taken on the podium.
