Let’s hear Sandy Hallett’s story about her fantastic day at the races

"I had only started comping for a few days when I received details of this fantastic win.  My prize was VIP tickets for two to ladies’ day at Epsom - which included a free bar, four course meal, champagne and Pimms reception etc, in a lovely suite called Downs View which overlooked the whole course. A four-course luncheon, and full afternoon tea with strawberries and cream were also included.

I took my younger sister with me on the day, who hasn't had a day out since having her baby two months ago.

We even had a bit of extra luck left over for the horses as we both came home with a little bit more than we left with.”

But the prize didn’t stop there, just to help Sandy feel absolutely fabulous she will receive a three hour personal styling session with stylist Jasmine Sekhon. During this relaxed session, she will be on hand to advise about clothes to make the most of body shape, colour tones to flatter, and even the latest fashion trends – it all sounds too good to be true!

“…Also included in my prize was a personal shopping experience in London and a cheque for £150 - which I will be using nearer Christmas.

Since this fantastic win, valued at over £800, I have also won an online diet course worth £100, and tickets to see They Might be Giants

Here's hoping for more wins.Sandy Hallett"

Find out why Miriam Potter's bike will be looking flash this summer

For those of you who feel they should be getting fit for summer, why not take up a new hobby?  I don’t know what possessed me, but at the weekend I rode a bike for the first time in 17 years.

Once I got the hang of it I found it very enjoyable and that’s what it’s all about, trying new things and finding something you really enjoy to keep fit.

But don’t take my word for it, let’s hear from Miriam Potter who will be riding her bike this summer with some fab new accessories.

“…The prize was a 'Get in gear with Chris Hoy' cycling kit from Highland Spring.

It comprises a water bottle for drinking when thirsty, a bag for putting things in, and a stop watch to put on your cycle handle bar, when cycling”.
