1) I’ve recently subscribed to MyComps by post, but cannot get onto the site as it asks me for an email address and password. What should I do?
Visit the create a password page for details of how to create your unique password to ensure your swift entry into the MyComps site.
2) For whatever reason, I don’t always receive my weekly MyComps Welcome email. Does this mean I cannot gain access to the newly published MyComps website?
Not at all. The MyComps website is published every week and available for immediate access, newly updated early Friday morning. You do not need to wait for your Welcome email, you can just visit www.mycomps.co.uk and start comping immediately.
Don’t forget to add competitions1@oxonpress.emv5.com and competitions2@oxonpress.emv5.com to your contact list or email address book to help make sure you get all your weekly emails.
3) Once I have entered my email address and password there is no obvious way of knowing that I have successfully entered the site.
If you get your email address or password wrong you’ll get an error message. You can try logging in again, or get password reminder emailed to you. Once you’ve logged in successfully you’ll see “Your Account” options at the top right-hand corner of your screen where you can logout or change your password.

4) I can't see all the competition sections on the left-hand side
This site uses special "sticky menus" so you can always see the menus no matter how long the page gets, but on smaller screens sometimes the bottom of the menu gets cut off. If you can't see the last few options, use the button below to turn off the sticky menus. You can turn them back on again using the same button if you change your mind.
5) I am not able to enter a 'phone competition as my service provider has blocked the phone number.
If you are able to, you could attempt to phone the required telephone number by using a mobile phone.
