Everyone needs a helping hand sometimes, so we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions so that we can help you quickly and you can get back to what you love - comping!
If you're new to the world of comping you'll find everything you need to know here, plus lots of tips and advice to make entering competitions easier.
How many competitions should I be entering each week?
You should be entering at least 30 comps a week to ensure a steady flow of wins.
What kind of postcards should I use to increase my chances of winning?
Good quality, and good value postcards will increase your chances of winning.

How can I prevent my postcard entries from being returned to my own address?
The infamous 'boomerang postcard' happens to most compers at one time or another. We've found that writing your address sideways or at an angle on the postcard may help.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Click on the "Forgot Password?" link and insert your email address to request a password reminder.
How do I log in?
Go to the top right corner of the home page and you'll find the login section. Simply enter the email address that you registered with and your unique password to login.
How can I make sure I receive my weekly emails?
Please ensure you save our email address into your contacts so that it's recognised by your internet provider, our email address is:

How often are new competitions added?
New competitions are added to the site every Thursday afternoon.
These will be listed in the categories so you can easily find the prizes you most want to win.
Don't worry if you miss a week, you can check the latest competitions when you log in and view 'current comps' in the categories section. That way you won't miss out on any competitions still open for entry!
If you've only got five minutes to spare then check out the 'closing comps' to enter competitions which are nearing their closing date.
Can I enter a competition more than once?
Every competition has its own set of rules; the number of entries allowed is usually stated in the terms. Many of the ITV competitions allow five entries but this is unusual so it's always best to check the terms and conditions if you're not sure.
When I start entering competitions, will I be bombarded by junk mail, emails and phone calls?
When you provide your name and address details for a competition entry you may be contacted again by the promoter or third party. So look out for the "opt out of further correspondence" clause to prevent this. This often appears in the form of a "tick box" on a competition web page.

What if a link isn't working?
If you find that a link is not working, it's probably because the competition has closed and the promoter has removed it from their site.
Why do some competitions have entry costs?
Where ever there's a newspaper competition, there's usually a text entry to follow.This can be anything from your standard network rate up to £2.
These competitions often have fewer entries, most people don't bother to pick up their mobiles to enter - and you've got a recipe for success. That's why we like to include them in your weekly competitions. So flex those thumbs and text your way to some fantastic prizes.
Where's my Lucky Number?
Your Lucky Number can be found at the bottom of your weekly MyComps email. It matches the unique customer number given to you when you signed up. Your Lucky Number will not change but a new Lucky Number is randomly selected every month; this will appear on the site for you to check. If you cannot see your Lucky Number please contact Customer Services for further assistance.
